Your main goal is to explore multi-floor dungeons that change layout each time you enter. You move turn-by-turn through grid-based floors, battling wild Pokémon using your moves. You and your partner share a single health bar and must work together to survive. Collect items like berries and seeds to heal or gain advantages, and recruit defeated Pokémon to join your exploration team. The core loop involves accepting rescue missions from the bulletin board, delving into dungeons to complete objectives, and managing your inventory carefully since you can only carry a limited number of items.
