A third-person shooter and action-adventure game where players control members of the Jet Force Gemini team to save the galaxy from an insectoid army.

In Jet Force Gemini, you play as one of three heroes—Juno, Vela, or Lupus—each with unique abilities, to defeat the evil Mizar and his insectoid drones. Your primary objective is to explore diverse planets, rescue captive Tribals, and collect ship parts to progress. The moment-to-moment gameplay involves running, jumping, and using a variety of weapons like machine guns, homing missiles, and grenades to eliminate enemies. As a beginner, focus on mastering the dual-control stick setup for movement and aiming, which allows for precise shooting while strafing. Early on, prioritize rescuing Tribals, as they are essential for unlocking new areas and achieving 100% completion. In the middle of the game, you'll need to backtrack with new abilities to access previously unreachable locations. During tense combat encounters, use cover wisely and switch between characters to leverage their special skills, such as Lupus's hover ability for aerial attacks or Vela's agility for evasive maneuvers.
