Your goal is to guide the Hulk through urban and industrial environments, defeating enemies and overcoming obstacles. Moment-to-moment play involves moving left and right, jumping, and using the Hulk's signature attacks like punches, grabs, and ground slams to defeat soldiers, robots, and other foes. As you progress, you will encounter platforming sections and environmental puzzles that require you to smash barriers or use objects to advance. A useful beginner strategy is to master the timing of your powerful attacks to clear groups of enemies efficiently and to use the Hulk's rage meter to unleash devastating special moves when it fills up. In the early stages, focus on learning the attack patterns of basic enemies and exploring the levels for health pickups. During the middle of the game, you will face tougher enemies and more complex level designs, requiring careful use of your strength to survive. In tense moments, such as boss fights, prioritize dodging powerful attacks and then counter-attacking when an opening appears.
