You explore large, interconnected areas from a third-person perspective, collecting dark souls to increase your health and finding voodoo relics to unlock new abilities. Combat involves using an array of supernatural weapons, like the Shadow Gun, to defeat various grotesque enemies. The gameplay loop focuses on exploration, puzzle-solving, and combat. A key strategy is to methodically search each area for collectibles, as they are essential for progression and powering up.
