Your primary objective is to complete a series of combat missions, which involve destroying enemy aircraft, ground targets, and occasionally large bosses like superweapons or fortified battleships. Moment-to-moment gameplay involves piloting your chosen fighter jet using the directional pad or analog stick to maneuver, with buttons for accelerating, braking, firing your machine gun, and launching missiles.
